This
model has such beautiful symmetry. If it is
right, which is likely, it produces a wonderful result and some impressive ironies.
It is
the first theory to unite Creationism and Darwinism in a meaningful way
and to explain the reasons for atheism.
It is also a story about a human brain wrestling with itself to diagnose its own problem - and winning.
According to this model there are predictable outcomes for the
short, medium and long-term future of our universe and beyond.
This is not about religious extremism or even wishful thinking.
It is about tracking an "idea virus" over many years under
certain conditions, including the condition that the theory has
to be accurately shared. The reasons for this condition are many
and varied. They include a strong belief that to solve and/or
understand a very specific, very unusual, anxiety-related problem
can only be achieved by obeying karma, which it describes as
being a natural phenomenon. People are genetically wired
for karma, which, using the mechanism of anxiety, punishes those
who disturb the natural course of evolution. Karma punishes
people who share incorrect information or fail to share important
information. Anxiety drives the problem deeper; it has been used
extensively as a guide towards an accurate solution.
It was only at the final stage of the search for a solution that
it became evident that a virus is involved. On reflection, it
seems obvious that viruses play an important role in human
thought processes, which take place in what many people would
regard as being a fairly stable environment, suitable for viruses
to exist.
Unfortunately some of the most important elements of the theory
are beyond the reach of the average person, including the average
scientist. That issue can be overcome to a certain extent by
accepting the notion that human thought processes use a
request/response model. Primitive components of the human brain
request complex thoughts in preparation for sharing information
with others. Those requests are processed by the self
using complex rules (functions) and a response is returned in a
form that can be subsequently processed and used by the brain to
deliver information to others either immediately or at some
future stage. Primitive and advanced components both contribute
to human personality. Primitive components are determined by
nature and nurture, while advanced components are determined by
an evolving self, which persists beyond death and is reincarnated
during a process that begins during early pregnancy and lasts for
many years. A self is attached to a brain via a connection.
Physical and spiritual evolution occur simultaneously. One of the
most critical components of the connection is an interface
built in to an information processing network located in the
foremost regions of the brain. At death the connection is
dropped. Rules are retained in the self. Important information is
retained in the information network of society. The interface and
information processing network are fragile and together they give
rise to mental illnesses. The theory claims that most mental
illnesses are language-related and therefore they are a
side-effect of an ongoing adaptation to a parallel universe,
which provides us with an advanced thinking environment. Various
examples of symmetry provide a logical extension that [a] God
created the parallel universe by fertilization. The theory is
consistent and compatible with an impressive number of belief
systems.
It seems almost unimaginable that a similar theory hasn't already
been developed. The theory is still in its infancy. It would be
nice if others started to help develop it further.
If you aren't completely satisfied with the current scientific
interpretations of human evolution then you should try reading
the presentation. It shows how the theory of evolution can be wrapped
up into something much greater and more meaningful.
From the presentation:
Why do so many people feel that God is the creator of the
universe? Because their consciousness is dominated by the mode
2 universe. He created their universe. God did not
create the atheists’ (mode 1) universe. Why do people tend
towards science (and technology) or religion but not both?
Because of the competing influences of the two universes. The
mode 1 universe rewards sharing important information. That is,
information which is good for the species - which naturally
includes information about how species evolve. The mode 2
universe rewards people who think beyond nature. Science isn’t
aware of the existence of the parallel, intelligent universe.
The brain is adapting to the intelligent universe because it
is there and because it provides important advantages.
